EFT for self-confidence

Many people think that confidence is something you either have or don't have, some think that your born with it others may think it is inherited genetically. Some people feel that they've lost their confidence due to some situation and may believe they'll never get it back. Other struggle with issues of self-esteem/self-worth all their lives believing that's who they are. 

What the majority of people don't realise is that our levels of confidence are implicitly linked to our beliefs about what we can or can't do. Many of these self-limiting beliefs are formed early in on life and very few people revisit, examine or test these ideas to see if they are really true.  Worse still many of our beliefs come from outside ourselves, teachers, parents friends or even social media.  We live and act as if our beliefs were the truth about reality when in fact they are only one perspective in it.
